In 2020, Lila released her album Limerencia through Mexico Citys label N.A.A.F.I, receiving widespread acclaim. The album was listed as one of the best releases of the year by the esteemed platform Bandcamp. Building upon this, Lila followed up with her 2022 full length album Desire Path, which further solidified her status as a preeminent figure in the electronic music landscape. The album earned accolades from renowned publications around the globe such as Pitchfork, DJ Mag and The New York Times.
In 2023, she released a collaboration album alongside Sin Maldita for London's iconic Hyperdub Records, here they draw away from dance music and delve into the language of dreams and digital realities, through surreal and mind-bending experimental scenarios, rendering a splintered yet rhythmically elastic, intense body of work laced with melody.
